On 1/7/2020, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following ordinance: ORDINANCE: 2019-1562 TITLE: Ordinance 2019-1562, a Planned Development Overlay for 66.9 acres of Single Family Residential 8,000 zoning and 48.2 acres of Public Facilities zoning and including two Tentative Subdivision Maps for 298 units over a 115.1 acre site within the North Douglas County Specific Plan. The property owners are Big George Ventures, Riverwood Partners LLC, Riverwood Redevelopment LLC, and Carson Auto Mall LLC. (APN's 1420-05-401-008, 1420-06-701-009, 1420-05-301-007, 1420-05-201-009 and 1420-05-201-010). SUMMARY: Ordinance Number 2019-1562, an Planned Development Overlay (ref. DP 19-0243) a Planned Development Overlay for 66.9 acres of Single Family Residential 8,000 zoning and 48.2 acres of Public Facilities zoning and including two Tentative Subdivision Maps for 298 units over a 115.1 acre site within the North Douglas County Specific Plan. This Planned Development Overlay will allow a reduction of the minimum lot size, lot width and setbacks. The property owners are Big George Ventures, Riverwood Partners LLC, Riverwood Redevelopment LLC, and Carson Auto Mall LLC. (APN's 1420-05-401-008, 1420-06-701-009, 1420-05-301-007, 1420-05-201-009 and 1420-05-201-010).
